Legal Basis Combine Civil Administration - Security Council Legislation § 6 Binders | Binders are informal groups of the Party. They encompass the views & stance of the Party & support its actions & decisions. However, they may have varying views on certain topics, such as social care, ration distribution, surveillance, healthcare, etc. People can create, disband, merge, split & otherwise form different binders freely in the Assembly. It is advised to be part of or form a binder.
The born anew Progressive Construct Binder, now simply referred to as "The Constructivist Movement", is no longer content with being a simple coalition of hopeful technocrats.
Gone are the wishful promises of mundane policy and overly-cautious wording.
Effectively, the Constructivists are led by three co-leaders, all trusted employees of the Committee of Civic Duty and Engagement.
This triumvirate of sort represents the brain, the arm, and the face of the Movement. Together, they form an organism that is designed for rapid expansion.

0) The main goals of Constructivism:
Enlightenment through Participation
Meritocracy through Engagement
Loyalty through Construction
Progress through Thinking
Individuality through Community
1) Spontaneous displays of loyalty, such as impromptu speeches and small rallies are the best methods of enlightenment.
2) A Constructivist follows the law.
3) A Constructivist understands that the Legislature is the penultimate form of citizen engagement, it is a privilege graciously granted to us by Our Benefactors.
4) A Constructivist that violates the trust of Our Benefactors OR betrays these values should be expelled.
5) A Constructivist rejects false idolatry and will not misappropriate Dr.Wallace Breen for their personal gains.
6) A Constructivist understands that ascension is a privilege, not a right.
7) A Constructivist rejects unemployment.
