Killing Civl Protection is Technically not a crime

Like I do not even have to write a big paragraph here since the statement speaks for itself but like. Im sorry are you telling me that killing a squad of Civil Protection is considered "No crime had technically been commited" Therefore "No 10 minute timer for the OTA was required."?

But, they were in FULL GEAR, them having the weapons and armor is a crime, and they were spotted. So why wouldn't a crime timer be in effect for the sweep?

I was not present, all I know is that there wasn't a crime timer, so by that information no wave.

They were spotted and reported by a snitch, not a cop. That doesnt force a crimetimer, only when cops engage the rebel. If the snitched guy wanted to he could alt f4 and nothing would happen. Because civpro never found him.

Just letting you know I am closing this complaint as thethe rules have been updated for V3 and this was a long time ago that this happened. Sorry for this not being dealt with sooner. If you have any questions, please just let me know and I can bring it up with managment.
