"The Nº26 "ISRES ACT" in its original print has been deemed to infringe on the authority of the Central Reserve Firm in the realms of fiscal investigation, economic direction, and reindustrialization. The original print also failed to distinguish Industrial Twenty-Four from the mainland of City Twenty-Four, giving the seemingly transient organization of the Office for Spatial Planning total, unwarranted authority over the rebuilding of City Twenty-Four, regardless of the wishes of City-Administrator Orwell.

(c) Organize and discuss the development of derelict districts of City Twenty-Four into agricultural, or industrial centers where possible; and...​

While we are willing to overlook this, along with the numerous other oversteps in authority, we in turn demand the listed correction be incorporated in full into this legislation before moving onto the voting floor of the Consular-Presidium. If not, it will never-the-less be voted upon democratically as an amendment.
