BUG: Several key features that OTA and CivPro have access to are unavailable to the Synthetic Arm (You know, the giant robots plugged into OCIN)

This includes.

1. Lack of waypointing features within combat
2. Lack of designated vendor/class loadout for both SHOCK + STORM units
3. Apparently armor bugs (Unknown on this front but I could be mistaken)
4. Unable to view Dispatch, CivPro, MCP, Transhuman Arm or any other relevant CMB affiliated teams (Not civilians)
5. Lack of presence on the playerlist, only visible to *I BELIEVE*, Dispatch.
6. SHOCK units lack access to vortessence trees, limiting their abilities (Not 100% on this, forwarded from SHOCK player)
7. Hit registration on synthvort beam is a legitimate 50/50 cointoss, even on stationary NPCs. Would be worth legitimately just swapping it for the regular vortigaunt beam, or outright making the synthvort beam a recolour of the regular, it's that unreliable.
8. Not having access to vortal healing. This is intended to be present, as per Synthetic documents and Echo One events featuring Synthetics.

@Robert (Pinging due to being FL)

As vort lead. This is intentional. They are not supposed to have access to normal vort powers.

Edit: atleast not all, healing for example is/should be a thing they have access to. There was a separate system in the works but devs are busy.

OSA is still heavily in development, but the process SHOCK units go through disrupts most of their powers meaning they only have their pulse beams and at most healing. They also get access to enormous jumps but this is currently bugged.

Forgot to mention, there's no designated way to get your armor back unless this is strictly intended

Its intended like that so you dont step back for a minute and get 300 armor back after less than 5 second action bar.
