Why did this vortbeam one shot my character?

Considering optimal conditions; a VORTIGAUNT beam should

AT 50/50 vortessence

Deal 103~ dmg per vort beam.

Vort beams *DO NOT* have headshot damage, as vortigaunts *DO NOT* take headshot damage.

This, wasn't an advanced beam, as you can clearly see the green blast in the video.

I asked @Astro for why, and he believes it's likely some fakehp fuckery...

Yeah. This isn’t the main server. It’s the outlands server. Someone probably managed to bork something without noticing. Beams have never been 207, regardless of vortessence.

It's not a 50/50 vort thing because I was at level 50 and most of my beams were just doing 89-103 dmg.

If I had to guess, perhaps any of the following:

Ignoring painkiller fake Hp
Ignoring armour
AOE fuckery (double hit)
Movement fuckery (hit and hit again)
FPS fuckery
Server lag
