This is unironically the only good answer. Though you can put rebels down at C with cops. Maybe pop up Vort to A. OTA belong down at F, if the tier list extended any further down.

Headcrab RP (donating to try and pk random citizens in the slums) < bird RP (donating to fly around and do nothing) < OTA rp (s2k robofucker but at least you serve a function)

Vortigaunts have the potential to be S tier but are very often D tier so B is a strange average

Rebel RP and citizen RP is identical 90% of the time, it's just rebels have a tendency to be edgy dumbfucks so they lose a rank

I would've put cops on the same level as rebels but FUCK the pigs im going to pk them all...

If you enjoy playing as a malnourished, oppressed member of society you are a masochist.

Citizen RP is extremely boring, and is effectively impossible to get right.

Citizens are simply a vessel for you to access another whitelist or rank, such as CP, CWU, CMU, CCA, rebel, etc.

Nobody is going to play as regular shitizen for a long period of time.

Citizen RP is the lifeblood and most important part of HL2RP, not your 'I haven't found a faction yet' button. If you genuinely think this I have no idea why you are playing HL2RP at all.
