Denied /requestw

I mean if you're snitching on someone you probably shouldn't be doing it close enough for them to hear or see you. If a guy commits a crime then sees a guy with a T-2 loyalty armband talking into a request device they're gonna know you're snitching regardless of whether or not they can hear you talking.
 
Were requests changed? I swear before they were did not let you know anyone was sending one.
 
Literally cannot for the life of me imagine why this would be a bad idea. Would be useful if I'm witnessing a crime within talking distance and don't want to die.
 
If /wrequest is possible it should require a /me if you're in visible range, or do the 'x person is whispering into request device' within /me distance. otherwise this will eb abused to snitch in areas where it should be impossible without getting caught.

/me SECRETLY (you cant see the request device im hiding it in my HAND!) talks into his request device to request officers (do NOT META GAME THIS!!!1111)
 
I agree with the others. This should only be allowed if it does a /me like with the radio where it says ***John Does whispers into their radio.
 
The normal /me has a much bigger range then the normal speaking range. If someone wanted to request something, they could literally do /request without the other person knowing. (given they are out of range)
 
Backlog is too large atm to justify this, keep distance instead for now
