Either go full HL:A or HL2/Beta because the inconsistency is terrible. Or add an ability to switch between hearing HL2/Beta voices and HL:A voices so I don't have to hear those shitty HL:A voices

Do what TerraNova did. When you create a CP character, make it so you can choose between only HL2 voicelines or HL:A ones.

Pretty good suggestion. Add all voice lines possible, have them specific per character like a language choice.

Some will go around with Alyx voice lines, other with Beta or Full release.

Would make things a lot more unique. Especially considering Alyx has like every CP voice line re-recorded.

Me see suggestion for HL:A voicelines, I +support.

Seriously though, I like the idea of making it so CPs can choose what voicelines they can use (Retail or Alyx) like Terranova. Add all of the HL:A voicelines for Alyx using CPs.
