The reason you were banned?: Making a joke about Alice O'Conner in OOC
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
They where talking about some city administrator in OOC, about how I hated her as a joke.

Clearly everyone took it as a joke, but some did not
I was not saying these insults to people irl It was just saying fuck you to a CHARACTER. Why am I even banned at all? You could have just told me to cool it with the language

When i turned the corner and saw the people with guns i appologized for it

That was the first time i ever used that word here, its allowed.

I did not run away, why are you lying again? I was right next to them the whole time. I never ran away. I was in the middle of typing to them when I was banned, asking if I could sell something but I was banned.

Again, you are lying. I said a whole bunch of stuff and you are taking two small things I said out of context, how about you post everything I said today instead of singling out stuff out of context. Some girl was literally getting new boobs according to her roleplay in the CMU So I asked too see but they locked the door behind me.

Why are you acting so hostile when all I want to do is have fun on a server and play it but you just perma ban me

What is wrong with my attitude? I was banned perma for something that does not break the rules, and the person who banned me is lying about stuff and saying "Oh this is all you said your disgusting", when in reality that is not true at all.

Am I not allowed to point out he is wrong, and if I do I have bad attitude?

There’s a difference between refuting an argument and hearsay, saying “you’re lying, why are you lying?” 10 times over is pretty shit behaviour on a ban appeal.

I have not said it 10 times. How can I refute something that is simply not true?
I never did anything this admin is accusing me if, I never jumped away yelling the n word with the hard R, and I never only just said what he posted above. Stop flaming my thread please I want to be unbanned I'm sorry for being rude but this is not the professional way for you admins to handle this kind of situation
 
So I guess I am not allowed to point out admins are lying about a situation? I am sorry, I will try to be better but please unban me I did not do what you are accusing me of

Saying “why are you lying” is hardly civil.

“I disagree” is all that’s needed. Don’t be sarcastic because then no one will want to take your appeal seriously.
 
I know im at your mercy but you have to understand from my point of view of admins perma ban me and then dont tell the truth about a situation that would be wrong in my eyes. I know im at faiult as well the boob comment was out of line im sorry i wont do it again but please unban me i like the server

Due to the nature of the ban reasons, I'll not be allowing this as a perm ban; however, I will be lowering it down to a day. The reason why this will be lower is due to the following.

- You're OOC attitude in the server and some of this thread is somewhat out-of-order; we do not welcome this here, I understand you're new to the community so this might have been different on other servers but I just suggest you relax your tone. The IC actions could be a portrayal of your character; however, from the fact that it doesn't seem like there was any devlopment behind this reasoning, I'll simply disagree to that reasoning.

So, TL;DR, the ban will be lowered and the reason for the ban was your OOC message and the lack-of-seriousness your your IC portrayal, please fix this upon returning and we'll happily welcome you back. :)
