This is a complaint about the recent Verdic given by Robert where he and others are had investigated the inccident. i've been trying to speak to recent people and do some digging myself as the final Verdic was straight up bias by everyone involved. No evidence was laid out on the table and it was locked without much care. Seeing how Robert straight up dismissed my attempt of understanding the situation as i was contacting him in DM's. Eventually threatning me with a warning and showing a 'none-neutral stance' upon his attitude. More than likely reuslting in an investigation that couldn't been cared for. I was eventually sent down the new rule regarding a hierarchy of staff, preventing players to speak to CM or Senior Admins unless given permission by Trial-Admins-Admins first.

I started talking to the lower-ranked members where i was quite frankly stuck in a looping hole and made no progress. Until i made my way here. Most of you have been quite bambozzled by Cyrus himself. Once again using meat-shields to cover up his tracks. Cyrus had full knowledge regarding the NLR about Mine, he knew the NLR couldn't be carried out as normal and did nothing to fixed it along with the specific admins placing players in situation they eventually face consequenses for. Which i've brought up countless times before. Mine used his character for 3 WEEKS and had the same mind-set as always. Cyrus still knew about this and didn't provide a reason to stop sush an act or complain about it because he knew that he could use it as an 'Ace in his sleeves' to overcome a situation that would otherwise get his character killed. Promoted by his FLARP and FailRP which strengths the evidence.

Here's a log:

[PM] Ha-Kuu Al'Halla-Seng (Chris): The situation with the PK is complicated atm, trying to sort it

He knows the situation is complicated, it ends in a NLR, and he was 'trying to sort it'. knowing darn well that his NLR was a shitty reason. Dating back to the Moe situation where he continues his massacre of rebels and Pk-auths smh. He never sorted it out, he knew he could use it as an escape if it ever came back to haunt him which it did. And the Admin didn't promote much of an NLR discussion of what will be happening now. Resulting in a wrongfully convicted Ehrenman when fingers should be pointed in the opposite.

And why is 11 people getting warned? What for? Where's the evidence? You dragged everyone over the same comb and didn't provide a reason for doing so. Just shutting the door on people when you're confronted by those questioned, as if you didn't know yourself. Please provide a more detailed verdic. Espeically with all the necessary proof of what made you come up with the punishment for each person would face. ESPECIALLY ME?!. Why am i being punished? Why is BottleStreet being punished? Where's the meta?

Something must have 'ticked' when you verdic rates went Stronk. Perhaps you should re-think the apporch and build around stability-

From what I understand, the situation is as follows: It starts with Chris' vort killing Ehrenmann's char, for breaking combine cameras and possibly causing a sweep, and while Chris did want a PK at first an admin at the time decided NLR was the way to go and Chris went along with that. Ehrenmann, whether he understands how NLR works on this server or not, Ehrenmann decided this was different and that (instead of losing the memory leading up to the death) he was instead just attacked and mugged by Cyrus, to try and get a PK reason. This leads up to the recent incident where you all tried to attack Chris' vort for (afaik) this attack on Ehrenmann's character, which is in-fact Meta, as he should have followed NLR rules and forgot how he died and the situation surrounding it.
This is admitted during the situation in this PM:

As the attack on Chris was based off of this Meta reason, that's why the Chris' actions weren't punished as badly since this situation should have never happened.

As for the other people who were warned, we have video/image evidence of Ehrenmann Metagaming in steam chat, along with some other non-confirmed suspects, which gives us a good amount of evidence to suspect Meta comms were used here as well, hence the warnings. As we only have confirmed evidence against Ehrenmann for meta in the past, along with his actions surrounding this NLR, he was the only one punished more heavily.

The NLR was unclear and brought forward by an Admin that forced sush an unclear NLR onto a player. Anyone in the shoes of Ehren would find that confusing. Along with Cyrus admitting to the situation being complex. Cyrus knew very well what was going on, and didn't question or complain about the Mind-set of Ehren throughout the 3 weeks they had interactions. Straight up clear from all factors that Cyrus once again used his manipulative capabilites of using meat-shields to once again esacape a situation by blaming it on an NLR that he was okay with for 3 weeks but suddently not? How can you guys not see that you've gotten fooled by Cyrus. He had this ace up his sleeve for 3 weeks and just waited for a situation like this to go down so he could go free. Shameless, additionally promoted by his FailRP and FLARP that he was really trying everything to save his character from certaint doom. You banned the wrong guy.

And this is not fully about Ehren and Cyrus. It's about other people aswell.. I had now a PK reason on Cyrus, Var had a PK reason on Cyrus, Rebels involved had now a PK reason on Cyrus including NLR for knowing about the bunker. And none of it was taken into considuration, just focusing on Ehrens side of view and eventually ending it all based on that specific ordeal that wasn't his fault. Even if it was, it would be minor. You just dragged everyone over the same comb and entire bottlestreet got offical warns...Why are we getting warned? Where's the meta? Where's the reason for the people involved getting warned? WHY was i going to face consequences by Denuke? And not the 3 other vorts involved? The Verdic is literally bias and based on nothing but self thinking. There's no justification on anything.

Please, show this evidence. Where's the evidence.

What was the exact situation of this NLR that made it any different from the NLR set out in the rules? (Forget the situation and actions leading up to your death)

You can't retro-actively choose a PK reason, Ehrenmann admitted during that situation that you were all there to get revenge for attacking Ehrenmann's character.

From what I know, you being taken into consideration by DeNuke was your lack of character development and RP behind attacking another vortigaunt, as you are the only one involved in that specifically as far as I know. You can check the vort megathread on vort attitude towards attacking/killing other vorts for more information as to why this is such a big deal. As for the evidence of meta, like I said in my previous post, we only have confirmed evidence on Ehrenmann, but as he was involved in this along with other suspects from our gathered evidence we can see that it may have been used here as well, though we don't have clear cut evidence of that hence the warns, otherwise you would have been banned.

This was from the Bottlestreet raid on the CWU warehouse which went badly, as you can see this isn't spoken about in-game but in steam chat, which is meta comms. You can also see Bluerrey on the other chat tab, and while we don't have evidence from that chat, Bluerrey did say this to the HoS:

We've spent almost 36 hours going back and fourth with you people as to why we made these decisions and why we handed out specific punishments. If you are unable to accept the reasons why we did so that is absolutely fine and more power to you. We have dealt with issue, after issue, after issue, from RebelRP and indeed from some players within it. We are no longer allowing these consistent waves of poorly executed situations, metagame and a whole host of other issues eat away at time which is better spent assisting better and more worthwhile cases. It ends with this new clarification.

Before you try and dictate how we handle situations like this, I'll clarify to you Trap that the re-thought approach was my doing. I brought up and handled the rewrite for metagaming punishments and clarification specifically to stop people from riding the line between what was deemed acceptable or not. We don't allow it, it's stipulated many times over in the Rules, Forums, Discord, even walking two seconds into any community vaguely related to Roleplay. If you cannot accept this, much like your friend Bluerrey, then I have grave concerns for Bottlestreet's and your actions.

Perhaps RebelRP should re-think it's approach and build around stability instead.
