Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-6457 is essentially self-containing, the entity will only manifest itself within an abandoned health clinic in central geneva which SCP foundation took control of on August 4th 20**. The entity will only manifest once SCP-6457-A enters the clinic, to which interaction between the two items will commence, there have been no recorded sightings of SCP-6457 interacting with other 'Patients' as of this date. Once both entities are within proximity of each other, both SCP-6457 and SCP-6457-A will commence Event-A and upon completion of Event-A, both instances will de-manifest.
Description:
SCP-6457 refers to a middle-aged British man currently under the impression of being a registered doctor in cosmetic surgery named "Dr. Arthur Hastings", the entity will only manifest itself once in direct proximity of SCP-6457-A to which Event-A will commence. The staff of Site-24 is encouraged to maintain SCP-6457's illusion that it is a cosmetic surgeon under the rule of a dystopian alien race that it refers to as "The Combine", such alien race has not been located in any records both fiction and non-fiction. SCP-6457 may interact with site staff exchanging pleasantries, in which personnel is encouraged to reciprocate in order to preserve its beliefs in its reality. SCP-6457 will only manifest once SCP-6457-A has entered the premises.
SCP-6457-A refers to a middle-aged woman of unknown origin, currently under the impression of a construction site supervisor known only as "Ms. Feret", the entity will manifest its self out of direct or surveillance view from site staff and will make its way to the clinic, from here SCP-6457 will manifest. It is unknown how both entities know of their current location, however, they will immediately interact arrival and commence Event-A. SCP-6457 will escort SCP-6457-A to an undisclosed medical operating room currently not in use, if no such room is available, one will manifest in an area thought to be impossible within the building structure. Upon completion of Event-A, both entities will cease existence until a varying amount of time later, times of inactivity range from two days to three weeks.
Event-A:
This phenomenon takes place once both SCP-6457 and SCP-6457-A have exchanged pleasantries and made their way to an operating room, SCP-6457 will begin to operate on SCP-6457-A under the impression it is completely professional cosmetic surgery. These surgeries will vary in success rates, however, these surgeries appear to be permanent and appear on SCP-6457 with each reoccurring instance. As these surgeries progress, subject SCP-6457-A has become increasingly disfigured and inhuman in appearance, however, this does not appear to cause SCP-6457-A any distress as it willingly completes further surgery after each instance. At this time, there appears to be no physical way to delay, stop or prevent surgery from happening once SCP-6457 and SCP-6457-A have initiated Event-A.
