| -BACKSTORY- Formerly a member of the CAF PPCLI, Roy was brought into Civil Protection Shortly after the war. Roy was one of the Arteria Arm members conscripted out of the defeated pre-war Militaries initially faced with his family being placed in harms way due to one of his cousin's resisting combine rule, Roy Willing Joined the Arteria having been drafted out of Vancouver for his previous service with the Canadian Army during the war and two years prior, He served with the Arteria mainly in a non-combative environment deployed at reformed CFB Camp Vernon. BC. Before finally discharging in 2013 and Applying for Service within Civil Protection shortly after being discharged for good behavior, As of 2017 Roy has received an i2 Level MMR=Memory replacement and is currently employed as an Intention 3 unit within the C24 Garrison Currently Roy struggles with his temper and being seen as intimidating by those he tries to win over and is often misunderstood with his dealings mostly with citizens, Roy often comes off as an angry or short fused person with little regard for citizens, But often deep down can be seen as a very kind and loving person despite their situation He tries to do his best to face each day with a government approved smile and carry out his job the best he can, Having faced rejections and punishments on the job his goal being to eventually retire once married and comfortable financially in loyalist housing it often seems as close as Roy has gotten to his objective occasionally he still seems to be far away from it having often turned to the bottle, Bourbon his current drink of choice due to its potency and cheap price. Another thing to note is his strong distrust of Biotics, Having first hand witnessed the sheer chaos Vortigaunts unleashed upon earth prior to the war Roy has a distinct hatred of them, The death of his companion only fueling this hatred more. -RECENT- Having lost someone very close to them while on the job and only learning after having met said person's Tagline replacement, Roy's brief flirtation with alcohol and alcoholism has taken more of a manifestation of his personality to the point where roughly 50% of his income currently goes towards Bourbon having already received an Intention two level Memory replacement Alcohol to him was already a familiar warm feeling and an economic option to help him try and forget the terrible things witnessed on a day to day within Civil Protection, When without a drink usually for more the 72 Hours he tends to act more rash and is easy to anger he often has a much shorter level of patience during these days as opposed to his general default docile nature when interacting with citizens and other units. even going as far occasionally to be violent with specific people. |

To the government how many of em are just wolves in sheep's clothing trying to worm their way into position's of power in-order to fucking plunge us back into anarchy...
