Make attachments like suppressors, scopes, tactical lasers, et cetera, appear on the weapons' world model on a character that has theirs holstered.

Also, I'm not sure if it's just a "me" issue, but the inventory model for the Makarov is a Baretta?

So is the description. The Makarov PM wasn't made in Italy and it has the model of an M9 Beretta. Why not just call it an M9 and add a Makarov (glorified steel club)?
modern makarovs at least in the later days of the soviet union were actually decent, its the ones right after ww2 as well as during ww2, that were basically glorified steel clubs, little pieces of shit. But I digress, I agree with the attachments on holstered weapons they'd be pretty cool to be honest

I'm not a developer at all but wouldn't you need a separate prop that has the attachment on it? Or even worse, every possible combination of attachments? Can the attachments be bonemerged and used like that? No idea, I don't know what system WN uses but this suggestion doesn't seem like it could happen due to limitations.

Take whatever I said with a grain of salt.

I actually believe the world models of the weapons we use DO have bodygroups you can change, to show the actual attachments, so it shouldn't be too hard, kinda like how beards work with the razors. They change the world model attached to the character model. So this alone would not be too complicated to do. Especially considering Lua.

Thanks for clarifying

Makarov uses the M9 world model. In first person, it's a Makarov PM. Also, there already is a Beretta M9 gun in-game.

Denied.
This would be a bit tricky to implement, unfortunately, and the change would be minor anyway; thus not really worth the effort.
