Scarlett...Scarlett displays an alarming number of psychopathic tendencies. Those being: A lack of empathy, remorse and guilt. Superficial charm, extremley high intelligence, scorring 164 on the IQ test, a sense of self-worth, pathological lying and manipulative behavior. That paired with her signs of megalomania...she could be very dangerous indeed." <another sigh is heard, followed by the sounds of somebody slurping from a cup> "Eugh. What the hell did Charlene put in this?" <The Doctor clears his throat> "Anyway. Because of those signs, I have diagnosed Scarlett as a psychopath and a megalomaniac. And as a resul- " <The Doctor cuts his sentance short, as sounds of choking are heard, followed by the smash of a coffee cup. This persists for a few moments, before a body is heard dropping onto a tiled floor. The audio tape plays for a few more seconds, just an eary silence. Then the tape shuts off...>

We've looked at some dangerous criminals, psycho's, celebrities and influencial figures over the years. Such as our special feature on 'Devi', the dangerous City-24 anti-citizen in season 5. But to kick off our new season, we bring you the story of Scarlett Electra. We'll take a look into her backstory to see just how she ended up where she did. And boy, is this gonna be a good one. Pre-7 Hour War:
"Miss.Electra was born in Hampton Falls, a beautiful little town in what was once New Hampshire in The United States. Scarlett was born into a family of wealth, and a single child to William and Julliette Electra. She was a second generation immigrant from France, with her mother being originally born in Paris. And her father being an American national from Boston. The Electra family gained their wealth from two avenues. One being, and the primary income, was William's multi-billion dollar private correctional facility company. Our sources indicate that he owned 7 correctional facilites accross The United States, two of which being maximum security prisons. The other avenue of income was from Julliette's modelling career in the fashion world. Which lead her down a path of fine living and the socialite lifestyle. Little Scarlett was a lucky child indeed. And lived very well during her toddler years."
Post-7 Hour War:
"When our glorious benefactors decended from the stars to save our humble planet, The Electra family was given special treatment due to their stature in society. William was elected as a local CA in the Boston area and his wife Julliete given a very comfertable lifestyle within NYC. As for young Scarlett, she was put into an exclusive 'Future of The Union' education program in a classified location. It is there she would spend the next 17 years of her life until becoming of age to join our workforce. Scarlett graduated with stella grades and a completley clean bill of health, physical and mental. Sadly, Doctor Walsh, Scarlett's psychiatric evaluator was found dead from natural causes around this time. But thankfully, he managed to release her evaluation to the propper authorities before meeting his too soon end. Infact, in his report, he spoke very highly of Scarlett, and claimed her to be one of the most sane and stable people he has ever met. After this, she was granted a ticket to City-24, Geneva. One of the most glamarous cities The Union has to offer. And it's there, she attempted to pursue her dreams of becoming the influential and beloved loyalist socialite we all grew to love."
