Playing a dangerous game are we?

Very much on the edge of breaking the Workforce Mandate and getting withdrawn, but only barely skimping in by the fact that they can be on standby during the workshift and used for cleaning duties afterwards.

Can’t stand ‘em!

Make ‘em clean and work grueling tasks but keep their damned and dirty hooves of my damn food!
 
Section One should be completely removed or amended.

After talking with the faction leads for the Vortigaunt faction, the general conclusion was that section one will take away biotic players roleplay much more then it will give roleplay.

In light of recent controversy surrounding my exquisite legislation, I have reconsidered my options going forward and have amended the legislation accordingly.

Biotics are no longer affected by this act and its intent in now solely aimed at improving the quality of life for the loyalists of City-24 and encourage our citizens to also, become further indulged in our ways.

COMBINE CIVIL ADMINISTRATION.
THIS LEGISLATION HAS BEEN RATIFIED. ​
