In-Character Lore
Radiobob is an alive radio within City 24. Since its birth it has been proclaimed as a miracle within the residents of City 24. Therefore Radiobob is a highly popular figure, every City 24 resident knows of the miracle machine. One day Radiobob has gone missing though and was nowhere to be found. Since then the residents have been praying for their messiah to return to free them. This is why you can most likely find artwork depicting Radiobob in the underground or sometimes even on the streets. Wherever he is now, he will never be forgotten and the people will never give up hope!
Out-of-Character Lore
You can create Radiobob for yourself using the HL2 radio and the Garry’s Mod paint tool. It is a rather simple creation whose first peak in popularity was during the nebulous City 24 times where the map maker was Atle and therefore received a good chunk of attention from the community.
It is unclear whether Atle was the first to create Radiobob but he was surely the first to popularize this symbol of friendliness. Today, Radiobob is also a symbol for Atle and Atle a symbol for Radiobob. They are two happy souls in one, Atle being sometimes referred to as Radiobob.
There are different forms of Radiobob now though. He can be Sansbob on one hand. On the other he can be Triggeredbob. The possibilities are endless. He has become an independent source of editable and funny images to the community.

Out-of-Character Lore
Originally the creation of Steam in the form of an emoji, this symbol for comfortability, friendliness and happiness overall has provided the internet community with more than just an expression.
People have begun to take the pig in a blanky emote as a symbol and therefore use it to identify other like-minded, friendly individuals. There are a few variations of the pig in a blanky emote, but not as many as Radiobob.
The values of the pig in a blanky emote are: peace, friendliness, comfortability, unity and tolerance.
On Willard Networks the pig in a blanky emote started its popularity when it was added to the emote section. Back in the starting days when the server was called Tesla Cloud. Eventually a certain, discontent and possibly evil individual named Dark started identifying with the emote. They found warmth with this picture and decided to use it as profile picture on Discord! Through the new found happiness in life, Dark started to assist others in bringing the Blanky to themselves in an attempt to make the world a better place. After a while the pig in a blanky emote became more than just an emote and became a representative figure for what the server and its people aims to be.

“War” between the Swans and Piggies
This “war” has been raging on since around early 2019 when the swans were created by Robert, who will need to explain the Swan faction himself. This “war” is a mere conflict between the two emotes on who is better. In the end, the swans died out, around early 2020. There is only one true swan left, being Robert, who the Piggies have signed peace with.
Today there are no major conflicts between the two parties.
