Hello. I am not a representative of DOB. However I am a Rank Leader for Civil Protection. As an officer, it is my duty to give my personal opinion and the Union's FACTUAL thought on this matter.

When the rebels come throwing molotovs at your store again... we're not putting it out. Not because we hate Kaji Industries. But because it'll be the third time it happens and we no longer have the funds to put out the fires. I wonder how we lost the funds.
