Technically a European server but it has a lot of US players too.

Most videos you see are from a time when the server was a lot more popular and "new" around the Helix scene. But as with most things, especially HL2RP, as it becomes more and more stagnant, people turn their backs while others join. At the moment we're the most active during NA hours with less and less players from the EU, though I have high spirits this will promptly improve once the new v4 update releases.

The American timezone is the based timezone. European timezone is the cringe timezone.

Well, it's a European server, but a lot of our players play late EU hours, which correlates with the US timezone as well. Though we have a lot of American players too based on statistics we've looked at, which will explain why there are a lot of American players too.
