On the date of the 25th of March, in the year of Our Benefactors of 2018, Summit-24 has notified members of both the Civil Combine Authority and the Legislative Assembly of the executive decision of degrading City-24's status as a Loyalist City to a Residential one. Although not known by the Civic-Populace, this is a grave oversight of miscalculation at the end of the current Civil Combine Authority administration.
This cannot be allowed to be disregarded, we mustn't falter to the principles of the Universal Union and permit Anti-Citizen elements to reign supreme. This legislative proposal is to be considered highly sensitive and as such, restricted to the public's eyes. A new Jerusalem is without our grasp, it is time for the Legislative Assembly to stand in unity and to put a victorious conclusion to our struggle for Humanity.
Resistance, rebellion, defiance, ideals that cannot be tolerated any further.
The Civil-Reclamation Act of City-24 is a legislative proposal for the vindication of the Executive Order sent out by Summit-24 in regards to be degradement of City-24's status from a Loyalist City to a Residential one due to the actions of Anti-Citizen elements. It is proposed that the legislative policy has three stages, them being 'Securement of the Homefront, 'Strengthening of Socio-Cohesion' and 'Extorting Action', in numerical order. For City-24 to regain its status, action is necessary to manifest our civic intentions.
'One People, One Future, One Universal Union.'
i. 'SECUREMENT OF THE HOMEFRONT'
- The clamping down of Anti-Citizen elements infesting the Civic Populace by Civil Protection Authority.
- The increasing activity of the Genevan Constabulary Force into a full pledge Auxiliary Police organisation, led by a single 'Chief Constable' and a single deputy instead of the currently implemented system to boost the organisational manpower and robustness.
- The organising of a Loyalist Committee headed by a Core member of the C.C.A to analyze the performance of individuals in governmental services (CWU, DOB, CMU, GCF, CCA, L.A) to determine their fullest capabilities and spearheading the removal of incompetent members for the means of an efficient bureaucracy and a level of Anti-Corruption in City-24.
- The increasing Combine presence in Indigent Street through regular G.C.F and Civil Protection patrols in the area to deter any Anti-Citizen activities.
ii. 'STRENGTHENING OF SOCIO-COHESION'
- This sub-characteristic of the legislative policy is the continuation of the 'The Sociocohesion-Cognitive Dissonance Act of 2018'.
- The hosting of semi-regular Collaborator and Civic-Populace celebrations to boost socio-cohesion in the community of City-24.
- The improving of welfare for Citizens to build a sense of 'Socio-Harmony' in the Universal Union to avoid said Citizens from straying into the ideological extremism expressed by Anti-Citizen elements.
- Immediate action by the Office of Strategic Intelligence in the opening of an active investigation into Anti-Citizen groups and Internal Affairs related matters through direct measures and the active recruitment of informants.
iii. 'EXTORTING ACTION'
- The exporting of vital Humanitarian supplies and construction materials to City-3 (Moscow) and City-2 (London), respectively to ensure support for the war effort.
- The formation of 'Response-Taskforce 'Heartwick'', led by a professional and experienced member of the C.C.A and consisting of voluntary Civil Protection Functionaries, the Arteria Arms, all active Loyalist Political paramilitaries and Civil Medical Union volunteers to be deployed to City-3 to reinforce its defenders against the Anti-Citizen threat.
