The new dealers in the sewers. questions...

Hello is there anywhere where i can read about the new dealers in the sewers, their locations, what they sell, what they buy. This kind of information. It was alot easier back when there was only that shady dealer who would buy all my scrapped junk items and sell me what ever i needed. I dont understand how im suppose to gather chips now thats hes gone and i can only find that dealer who wont buy anyting ive got and another dealer who will buy my junk for only 1 chip per item.

Is it suppose to be this tedious grinding for items now?

Shady scrap dealer: a scammer, ignore him.
Low quality: Where the old dealer was, sells low tier stuff
Medium tier: Wears medic uniform, near the train station, sells ok stuff
High end: no clue where he spawns but i know he is bugged atm and he doesn't spawn.

High End Dealer is fixed, he spawns by the xen cave drop down, in the water ways after you drop down, near the back of the tunnel

Ive been selling to the shady scrap dealer for a while now as i thought he was the only option.. But i really thought this cant be true hes litterally stealing your items from you for that price

Is the shady one the guy who sits with the phoenix banner behind him in those sewers? Or is that the low tier? As much as I have tried looking about, I havent seen any others, and sometimes the one that I do know isn't spawned in. Is there generally a time when they are not spawned in?

People need to stop mixing this one in with the smugglers.

He is not.

The scrap dealer (Hazmat Suit) will buy junk from you at a very low price and only exists if you need to offload some low end resources but you can’t find the smuggler. He’s not a smuggler, he’s a regular NPC vendor.
