If you have been with us long enough, you have to know that we don't just give out permanent bans to anyone at random. We consider those very well with the whole staff team. You have to be in a couple of "incidents" as I like to call them before we decide this would be the punishment. Your name has popped up in the staff chat countless of times because of a very huge amount of small things.

As you can see above, we've got quite the document for you already. This has led us to permanently ban you after that incident in the VC. It was again another addition to the very loads of warnings, fuck-around and "mingery behaviour".

I also appreciate you speak out your concerns towards us, but this thread feels more of an attack on the staff team and to make us look bad. Whether that is the case or not.

If you have any questions, feel free to hit me up with whatever you want to ask. This is your file. These are your warnings. In the end it still looks like you don't learn from it so we decided to punish you like this.

On the other note, we have given you the chance to appeal again in a month. While the rules may state something else, we all decided it's a good thing to let you cool down for a month and think about your actions. We could have denied it and never given you an opportunity again, but we're not THAT bad. You get another chance; it just takes a month.

I'll add onto this, if there were any platform I'd deserve to be banned from (forums, in-game, etc) it would be Discord, I've said and posted some stupid shit and it was usually some insensitive joke in memetopia (which is primarily the reason I don't post there anymore).

As regards to in-game actions,
-Charswap, Thing happened out of really bad timing as I switched from my rebel to my citizen character during a sweep and Pheonix had noticed this and I sorta just rolled with it.

-FailRP, I think this had to do with my SRF guy messing around with a combine computer like a complete idiot and my /me basically said it all.

-Admin Hopping, no idea what this term means but I assume it had to do with me at one point switching over to an event character I had who was a CA (never used him in RP after the event.)

Now, onto my bigger bans,

-Perm ban, well were here so I don't need much explanation

-Community ban, had to do with exceeding the warnings with the amount of dumb shit I had posted in the discord so it's only really big cause of the above.

That's basically just recalling from my end

Thanks for explaining the ban and warnings from your end.

All in all, these smalls things led us to the permanent ban. I am happy to look at your ban appeal in a month and feel free to ask me anything on Discord or here!
I also hope you understand why we decided to permanently ban you and that it cleared up for the people that were watching this thread as well. The reasons I stated in my previous post lead to this point.
 
Also, I appreciate everyone's input on the matter, I've spoken to NIXeighteen and I'm happy I was given a good conclusion on their end
 
unban him he’s been with the community for a long time so everything he’s done is acceptable (obviously) (do not take this seriously)
 
The Willard Networks Staff team works hard to combat unserious roleplay, fuck around and find out as they say! Or it was a "1984 moment", idk what the kids say anymore. (Willard PR goes insane)

The downside to longevity on a server is the accumulation, not the instant. But ngl, you very often have "low-quality user moments" on the server and discord, despite your BoE role :angrycop:

Indeed a sad ban but hopefully you will return within the next month or the month after that! ❤️
 
I got tagged, so I’ll comment on what’s relevant to me.

My permaban was completely unjustified, but misgendering the admin who issued it in the appeal was inappropriate and wrong.

It’s insulting and I should’ve known better. We can all do better in this instance by asking for preferred pronoun usage and avoid further harmful words.

I do hope you get another chance at appealing, It would be nice to see you back on the server as Wright
 
I was mentioned so I feel inclined to comment. My ban was completely justified and after reflecting on my behaviour back then, I do not hold any contempt towards anyone about it and feel that it was the appropriate decision made for the time, as I was edgy, toxic, argumentative, and my behaviour did not reflect well on Willard.

I do not agree with your ban, however, and duly wish for it to be appealed. In saying that though, taking this public will only serve to anger those you must cater towards in hopes of being unbanned. You need to appeal to a select minority to be unbanned, and riling up staff by inciting community drama is not the way to go, though I wouldn't fault you for that considering the toll it can take on one's stress.

Truthfully Pawlu, I wish you luck in getting unbanned. You've dedicated a lot of your time to Willard and have contributed a lot, even if just small things, to the server. You're one of its longest-standing members, so I truly hope that your effort and dedication to Willard means something to the staff team. If it doesn't, then best to readjust your priorities.

I mean, why would you want to keep it open for discussion if the admin‘s choice is final? They told you why you were banned and you accepted that fact. Leaving this open for further discussion is just an invitation for shitposting since its kinda in your nature so no one takes it or this serious with the exclusion of what was already said. :blanky:
