Report of Server Admin - Sleepjie

Hello! By consulting with @Fedora , I am writing this report about today's encounter with Sleepjie's character Vanna.
Everything happened at not peak hours, to be exact 09:26 AM by GMT timezone.
Sleepjie's character - Vanna, ICLY broke into CMU clinic wearing an easily recognizable long brown coat and holding gun in hands wishing to speak with my character (Andrey Victorovich Levin) and my vort colleague (Heilag Vagga). Even at the time I was completely 'alt tabbed' to work on some things, just occasionally switching back to check how many people are in server, on same time I saw her behind break room's door and asked OOC'ly is she/he is IC? As Sleepjie answered that it is IC, I asked again is.. 'IT' joking, and I got confirmed as it is really IC. Of course I recognized the icon next to the name indicating that It is a staff member. I tried to remind him/her that "Raiding in CMU when there is no CP on" is not good, especially for a respected position in servers management. Well I tagged along with this "IC" thing, because I really don't know what kind of person controls character and how it will react if I will be voiding this whole 'event'. Since the person is a staff member, and has a weapon, even comforting with the fact that It won't PK me. I feel that anti-union believer entering in quite public and union protected place, and even in view of the combine camera, possibly that character will get most attention from citizens up to high ranking loyalists. In fact the clinic has only one entrance and no any alternative, if in mind was about "venting" I don't know how much server is into realism (because in actual vent you wont get that far, not mentioning sharp edges and bolts) I don't think that would be case.

In this screenshot not only do I say you're not in any danger but also that nothing is being raided and this interaction was purely for RP purposes. There was nobody on the server and I wanted to provide you and @HadeZord with some roleplay. The situation went well and nothing negative came out from it. I was going on the assumption that you'd be willing to suspend your disbelief about how I got in for the sakes of letting the moment play out, which it did, without incident. What's the problem here?

Even for RP purposes you entered into clinic where you not suppose to be, well I guess my word "Raid" used in LOOC was chosen wrongly, but still you brake in the clinic which in other words you did the crime and about the crime is explained very in detail as 11th rule.

This whole event-chain has become a bit of a mess, several rules were broken during it and I will be dealing with Sleepjie after I've responded to both reports. If you and the others involved in the CMU hostage ordeal choose to void the situation so be it. I will say, to me it looks like they were trying to provide something to do as well as push their event for those that they percieved as bored during low numbers hours but there is a right way to do things and a wrong way.

If you'd like to tack anything else on before I close this report feel free to.

I will be okay with voiding this IC situation, I really can't take this as IC situation when 'event-character' just appears like spectacle. I will 'shake up' the @HadeZord to respond since he was more active in this encounter.
