Hello! If you haven't learned already, VICE-9 is finally dead! His story ends here! He led a raid onto a base and was set on fire. A fate very deserving of him for his crimes. Anyways, I'll update some stuff later but it is no longer priority considering his status. Hope VICE-9 brought some kind of experience to you all.
