Hey, I'm new to Willard and I've been loving the HL2 RP. One issue though, my game straight up in crashes in multiple areas, mostly places going underground. Y'know like the vents that lead into the sewers and what not, and now those characters are stuck and soft locked and unplayable, can't even call an admin for help because I crash before I can even do anything. Worst part is it's ruined many of my sessions, was in the middle of a real good RP and bam, crash. I come back, everyone's moved on and gone and I just crash again. This has happened to two characters now. This happen to anyone else?

Hiya, welcome to the community and I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. I would recommend to launch Garry's Mod in 64-bit as lesser qualitative launch settings for GMOD that help process the game aren't usually found in 32-bit and the standard EXE. It could also be that you may have a lot of addons enabled causing bloat in the game itself.

Our map reaches the very touching limit of what source engine can offer, and therefore it has a harder processing power than ordinary GMOD maps and servers because of that.

I'm not sure, how would one check?
Right click Gmod in your library, then click "properties." A menu should open. On the left side of this menu, look for "Betas" and click it. In the drop-down where it says "select the beta you would like to opt into:" select x86-64, and then let your game update.

Just changed it to the 64 bit version now, hopefully things run a lot better. Thanks to everyone who replied!

Enjoy your stay!
