It's ok we were sprayed with some fireproof matter the research faction pooped out so that's not gonna happen again anyway lol

DoB didn't make much progress in making stores any more active, more interesting, or even easier to set up/manage. If anything it creates more confusion as it introduces another person's new guide to read and another application to fill out. Not to mention another echelon of faction management that needs to be regularly active. I think it would be simpler and work pretty much the same if the current DoB personnel were transferred to the CWU under a Business/HR/Distribution specialization (I'll leave you to pick the name) where their sole job is to manage the stores and breathe down the employee's necks. Secret shoppers, etc.

I say at this point it'd actually be an improvement to return to the simpler system, either where the citizen is the 'manager' of a store, or a CWU member is in charge of a specific store and the employees pay rent to that member.

Really, the issue was the low activity of CWU management which has since been improved, the stores just needed more oversight with swift eviction if stores fail to pay rent on time. This way it can be readily picked up by the next active group who wants to give it a go.

Each store on Victory is meant to be unique with it’s own purpose. Something we didn’t have before.

Also rent just go introduced again (a week ago there was no rent)

We do have investigations happen but that leads into my next point.

Burnout. It happens and it’s something that is very hard to combat quickly. Real life before roleplay takes priority.

Anything past Victory will be looked into having managers oversee that. We’ll continue to make improvements there however. Just bring up concerns and suggestions on discord with me as I’m the current acting Director.
