So yesterday i was just chilling in my base but then two Auxiliaries walk up to the garage door, start knocking on it and kicking it. And trying to open it by pressing E on it and saying things like "Secret door". At this point i assumed the base was compromised and that they were going to call backup from normal cps. So i instead i gear up open the door and shoot them to make my escape to the sewer, capturing one of them to interrogate him later on how he found out about the base. But anyway Staff comes in tells us to void the whole thing because there weren't enough cps on for crimes and the cps thought they were just kicking a random garage door in frustration despite saying "Secret door" and the grenade and ammo i wasted on the escape doesn't get refunded either.. Now what really baffles me about this is when i brought this up in Discord according to Kappatalist i wasn't sufficiently provoked to fight back and "Just wanted to kill Scrombine" despite only capturing one for interrogation and scaring the other one off. According to Neonity this also has something to do with a rebel shooting a rogue CP 6 months ago or something but whatever rant over actual suggestion now.

The crimes against the Combine rule worked fine when Auxiliaries weren't a thing since they didn't abuse it in their favor to go into the slums when there were less then 4 CPs on but now Auxiliaries go into the slums even with less then 4 CPs on and with cases like the one i spoke about in my rant where Auxiliaries kicking and trying to open my door wasn't a good enough reason for me to fight back and they actually had to succeed in successfully opening the door despite them pressing E on it which means they were trying to open it just sounds dumb and i really don't understand the logic here. Also when Aux was first added i know some Staff member said in the rebel discord that Crime rules don't apply to them but then other staff say they do so i don't know.

So we already made Pk rules plain and simple where any rped death that isn't a false accusation is just that death. How about we do the same thing with Crime rules and also define the term "Crimes against the Combine". Since that's a very brood term under which you could put anything.

My suggestion is :

-Cps lose the crime immunity if they are in the Slums.
-Combine infrastructure keeps the crime immunity so you still cant go steal barricades or throw Molotov's at the CP slum outpost during low pop.
-Auxiliaries commanders cant get mad at Auxiliaries for not patrolling the slums when there aren't 4 Cps on but Auxiliaries' can still go there by there by their own choice.

It literally already works exactly like this down to the letter.

Yet when i do it staff inmediatly come to the Cps aid and tell us to void the whole thing.

Probably for a different reason or staff themselves being unaware of the rules. Let me be clear:

Civil Protection units, auxiliary or not, are in no way immune to being targeted by crime for as long as they are in the slums or sewers, even if there are less than 4 CPs online.

If there is a single CP unit online, you can kill them but ONLY if they are in the slums or sewers. This does not apply to Combine areas.

Will in that case it still says about how confusing this rule is if staff themselves are confused by it.. I've heard it differently from at least 4 staff members

Right. In that case, here's a screenshot of the rules.1665337449342.png

Note "within the public areas of the City requires at least 4+ CPs". The slums (as shown above) is not considered a public area of the city and thus, you can freely commit any crime in there.
