Now, I'm gonna keep this short cause it doesn't need much explaining.
Now, I'm going to clarify, this will most likely be on how the CP's deal with snitches. Let me explain.
Snitches, love em or hate em, they are always going to exist in HL2RP, and majority of the time they are needed. However, some snitches are mingey, like a case with mine with one snitch. Some guy, wont name who for meta snitched on my char for something I won't say what for meta. Sucks to be me, he knew it happened but has no evidence what's the worse that'll happen. Oh how wrong I was. This resulted in me getting interrogated 3 times, and a threat of PK, only from one person saying I did something. Now, this isn't the snitches fault in this case, in fact majority of the time its never the snitches fault oocly. Its the CP's. Lets say someone was snitched on for possible assassination of City-1 right, thats a good way for IAT or general CP's to investigate, but for what I've seen they kind of just either ignore it or take it as face value and interrogate them a bunch, and threaten a PK. Now, I know a CP is gonna pull the 'interrogation is investigation' and your right, but to do it right AFTER they snitched imo isn't, interrogation should happen once you've gathered enough evidence to catch em on the crime the snitch said they did. Interrogating someone after they got snitched on not only gives the person your interrogating a higher chance of getting away with it, but also risking the life of the snitcher.
I simply ask for CP's to work harder on actually doing investigations, rather then taking a snitches word as final.

I’ll keep this short and sweet.

I, along with others, have received multiple reports about your character from different characters, not one dude. So I believe with the information we have gathered, how you’ve treated and talked to my character, we are all within our right to interrogate your character, but not PK. Your character is just sloppy which’ll gets you questioned several times over. You’re not living in a regular city policed by regular cops, didn’t think I had to echo the dystopia you choose to roleplay in in this post.

I can’t speak for others, but I don’t take every single thing a snitch says as gospel. But when said snitch has in-depth information on your group and character, then I’m obligated to investigate and bring your character into the spotlight. This of course will grab the attention of those above me, hence the frequent interrogations by other units. If we had evidence of your character being definitively involved with the group, he would’ve been amputated instead of interrogated. Interrogations are a fundamental way of obtaining information that we can act on because we lack information, not something we do because we have an abundance information. I’ll respond directly to your point just there in your complaint, “Now, I know a CP is gonna pull the 'interrogation is investigation' and your right, but to do it right AFTER they snitched imo isn't”. This isn’t how investigations work. Interrogations are apart of investigations, it’s how things are cleared up, whether someone is sent to the OCR, etc. When something as high priority as a rebel group and your character committing violent actions against others, we are obligated to look into the case just as it’s submitted. We aren’t just going to wait and let things fester like an infectious wound, we’re going to find the root of the disease and cut it out as fast as we can, why would we wait?

And no, we haven’t interrogated just your character, you are not being singled out if that’s what you think. If you’re tired of being interrogated, stop giving us reasons to interrogate you. Should you feel as if is an issue that needs to be solved OOC’ly, I strongly urge you to contact the faction leads.

Thanks for clearin up, but this isn't just for my character alone, this is just for what I've witnessed personally.

While yes, you are 100% right, like the point I made above it gives people like me a very easy way to just get away with it scot free cause overall, you have nothing on the person you are interrogating. I'm not saying don't interrogate, I'm saying maybe gather up more evidence to fight him on in case he lies.
Overall, thank you Astro for putting in your two say in this.

I do believe snitching is fixed given CPs don't really listen to them that much anymore unless there is undeniable proof to my knowledge and some CP lead announcements over the last 2 months to fix it.

imagine telling a cop that 10 rebels are in slums and he don't listen, then 10 minutes later they all come after him

Then you find out the snitch is 1 day old and snitched on rebels who've existed for one year
