Actually it does. It's just that the suits are deactivated scripts.

Their lives are not valuable enough to warrant the effort of anonimity, besides, they use an armband with their CID, this wasn't an accident, it was done this way on purpose to make them easy targets, a CP should have anonimity, not an AUX

the mask does have a vocoder ICly, OOCly it just doesn't appear because they're technically just wearing deactivated CP suits.

It would be nice to have a consistent answer to this. Two Rank Leader's confirmed the contrary in the past, and to my knowledge, no CP lead has clarified.
