My dearest brother, I have been forced by a greater entity to abandon City 24 and to provide my services as one of the greatest warriors ever known to humankind for reasons I myself fail to comprehend. My jailer has been ''kind'' enough to let me write to you one last message, Raffaele, I kindly ask you to re-locate to City 24 and to continue my legacy as a reporter of the truth for the MoE and Lance Corporal Marksman to the OSF.
You may not know me, but I know the last name we both share has a story like no other. We are Mentas, humans destined for greatness and success. We are the saviors of humankind, and as proved by the situation I find myself in, the saviors of many other outerversal species. Help me expand our dynasty to a greater level, so that we may serve the combine on every planet, galaxy, or universe they may have conquered.
