Implemented vort thing ok?

so uh vort cohesion thing says vorts who are willingly grand collaborator nulled and such are allowed no shackles or collars however when a camera spots this vortigaunt without either it will spam free vort signals to the CPs online

is there a way to detect the amount of social points one vort has to alter the targeting ?? cheers

if it helps, grand collaborators must always wear full clothing so maybe it detects the clothing set or something

would probably be easier to have it only target vorts with the 'free vort' backgrounds

I think its just if they are missing a collar.
If its activating if they are just missing shackles then *shrugs*

Hopefully with the upcoming redesigns of Vortigaunt Loyalty that should be fixed (aka: Vortigaunts with CIDs won't trigger it)....

I believe this has been implemented in one of the many recent Vort changes. We've also changed the way that CP notifications work as well.
