OTA should count to /checkcrime limits

Yeah, that is fair.

However, I do feel then, that factions that don't count towards the crime check doing CPs jobs (e.g grunts manning checkpoints to search people that go through) is pretty unfair, as it gives the combine more manpower then registered. I doubt it's being done maliciously because I mean- come on who would do that (me) - but I still think it'd be good to be addressed.

add a command where OTA and grunts can make themself count towards the crime counter for when they go on patrols etc

I think that a good thing to do instead would be to allow rebels to attack loyalist events even if there are not enough CPs on /checkcrime, as long as there are CCG or OTA present to retaliate. A new command for this should NOT be a thing because of metagame concerns, but you should always be able to contact staff to see if you're able to attack a loyalist function even without the needed amount of cops.

You shouldn't be able to hold up a store (example) just because there are some OTA flagged on AFKing at an L.A meeting. You will practically get away with it because it's something that OTA are not meant to be responding to.

We already added a command bear in mind to do /checkpetty which checks if you perform petty crime within the City. Such as a mugging for example. As that can be dealt with by just 2 or even 1 CP as per what I have seen before, even an i5 can take on a dude trying to mug another player in City.

So yes, there is that command at least.

But overall, trying to account for OTA and CCG in crime counts is silly since they won't even respond... much less budge a single centimetre to deal with it.

If a crime happened right in front of a CCG squad, they won't even do anything. Same with OTA as they will just let CPs handle it and not intervene unless someone drags them into it by threatening them directly.

Guys we can't attack OTA, there aren't enough CP's to respond

Adding a new command to check Overwatch count to perform crimes against the Nexus or Administrative functions of the City... since CPs would be the least of your worries in such a scenario...

Is this real

Considering, at the moment, if enough OTA deploy (who share CP whitelists) then /checkcrime will be disabled, negating the ability for rebels to actually attack the OTA, should they wish. I feel this is rather silly.
for what nefarious reason do you want to be able to commit a crime hmm??
