The Building

The Vandals are a small group headed by 'Twitch', created after the disbanding of Jun's Army, meant as a replacement of the Slummer Bloc. Attempting to bring unity within the slums. Their first meeting occurred not too long ago which introduced the first original five members in their ritual. The ritual is known only to the members who are introduced. The Vandals hold multiple recruitment drives a week to indoctrinate initiates into their group.

The Initiation

The Vandals are recruiting en-mass, but only those who are truly worthy. To see if you are worthy you must take the test, you will not know what the test is and that is apart of the test itself. Those who fear the unkown are not worthy to take the pledge nor are they welcome into the Vandals. This is all to find those who are brave, the ancient warriors of Greece needed them to be wise in the way of the mind and body. One can not be virtuous without first being brave enough to hold true to virtue. That is what the initiation entails, to find those who have the capability of becoming virtuous.

The Ends

The Vandals are a group of Anti-Citizens hell bent on reuniting the slums and creating a safe-haven for rebels and slummers alike. The slums of recent have been plagued by constant raids, scanners and snitches. It is the main goal of the Vandals to make scanners, snitches and snobs fear the slums. Snitches will be persecuted and the Union will be scared off. It is not the main goal to simply 'Kill' Combine but to create a long term strategy to secure the slums for Warden activity.

What few individuals comprised the active forces of the Vandals are scattered - Either dead or run off like cowardly dogs. But a few live yet, and the traditions and lessons taught are not yet snuffed out. Like a fire thought extinguished, embers glow under the surface, waiting an opportune moment to reignite. In crevices and caves, the fighting continues. Whoever (whatever - Does anything?) runs the fights now seems to up the stakes. An extremist of some old, resurrected barbarous thing - demanding a tribute of blood from both friend and foe in equal measure. No longer constrained by petty concerns such as "Sanity" or "Reality"
