The reason you were banned?: "attempting to glitch into Nexus"

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Because I didn't glitch. Keep in mind, this isn't Adam Smith, the one that broadcasted, I got in Nexus with that one completely legit, except the thing is; I didn't glitch in with this character. You can see below, ATP was a witness and he stated that a cop dragged my leg through after he threw me at a forcefield.

I didn't HAVE anyone drag me over a wall. I simply did char fall over and found myself thrown over to the City side of the gate. I'm going off what ATP told me, I was tabbed out considering I was talking in a VC.

I did jokingly yell and say shit to everyone around like "Throw me over wall yeah!" but it was clearly a joke. I didn't expect for that to happen if it did happen, as I did the command and pretty much tabbed out to talk.

Even if this did happen, would that not be IC? If all this was said then it's IC, and it's not glitching. I'm sure the same could be done IRL, so why can't it be done in RP?

I did /charfallover on dumpster. I tabbed out after that, and I did say jokingly to people "throw me over bro." and shit like that, but that would be IC regardless if it was taken seriously by the other citizens.

I did sort of set myself up for this, which I apologize for, however, I believe this should have been interpereted IC rather than say "he's exploiting lol." I did /charfallover in a dumpster as a joke, there is a dumpster by the gate, so it's safe to assume a character that I pushsed around earlier threw me over out of spite/anger/revenge.

First of all, the smugglers stash isn't something I RAIDED, I have access to it, I was given the password and I was working with smugglers.

Second of all, why do I need to RP picking up a notepad if no one is around me?

Also, I didn't see you provide evidence of me being racist in OOC. I didn't glitch into nexus, I was in fact LET in by a CP the first time and on the second time I was thrown in. Points disproven.

Clearly this is coming from someone who had no idea what's going on, especially considering the infiltration was a massive event that essentially the entire server saw considering I BROADCAST it and explained my plans. I literally screenshotted me in the nexus and me in the broadcast room. That's it. I don't get your points here. I'd say I FACILITATED RP by breaching the nexus and doing all of that. CPs did IN FACT, let me into the nexus, I was legit LET Into the nexus, the CP hit E on the gate after he saw me wearing a suit, immediately thinking I was good to enter.

Apologies for the smuggler locker. Someone was asking about it earlier. Consider it a mixup and I shouldn't have brought it up.

However, onto the topic of this discussion, you used /charfallover /chargetup multiple times and bragged about it in OOC. Obviously you intended to glitch in.

I appealed my ban with the Community Management, under the pretenses that launch hadn't happened. I think it is unfair how he got banned for saying that in OOC, and I feel he could have solved that by asking community management and appealing to them personally like I did.
