| TRAITS | Heavy Chain Smoker: Arthur Eastgate is most commonly seen by people smoking a cigarette. Conflicting Loyalties: Whilst he does work for the Civil Workers Union, a sub-union within the Universal Union as a whole, Arthur does seem to not agree with their views. He is not unwaivering loyal as other loyalists within his local districts, he has his own thoughts that he keeps to himself, which could get him into a lot of trouble DIS-TRUSTING: Arthur doesn't seem to trust new people, especially those within the Universal Union, whether they are high ranking loyalists, or protection officers. Well at the time, the city decided to hate the French. Before the war I'd find that fucking hilarious, but at the time they were basically culling them, so I was more than surprised she won.
