Topic/subject: PK policy rule
Whom it may concern: (i.e faction or a particular person whatever)
Summary: Basically, this isn't really a complaint as much as it is a suggestion to change a specific rule that in my personal opinion will cause the fear that command units always had to disappear.
In depth analysis of the issue + suggestion for improvement:
1st rule: Here, it says that only CCA members and CP overseers get PK'd by default. The proposed change is to add in CP command units too, as it's pretty obvious that they've had to do many horrible things to achieve such a rank, as well as it made no sense in the narrative to have infinite rank leaders. Currently, it's always been this way until now, and it has always worked. Only rank leaders that weren't careful enough (Like recently 61 in a retaliatory sweep) were killed. The rest survived. So the proposal to change it back to what it was, which is to PK command units (i2-->CPT) doesn't sound that crazy knowing that it's the system we've had until now and it seemed to work properly.
This obviously won't apply to reactionary sweeps, and instead only for targetting them and successfully killing them.
2nd rule: This one is pretty obvious. Currently, if you died in a reactionary sweep. Well... You died. That's why we rarely saw rank leaders or units that could carry heavy weapons in sweeps. In my opinion, to make it fair, we should change it to the following: First, rank leaders die no matter what, simply because what I'm about to propose doesn't make sense in a rank leader's position, and will make them continue being careful and act as what they are, rank leaders, not tanks. Then, ANY other unit (i5->i1) will get a combat PK (1 week PK) if they fall into bleed out and aren't saved in time.
This is just a proposed change, you can agree or disagree with it.
