Industrial 24 Engineering Guild

The Engineering Guild is an independent operation run out of the industrial sector of City 24. Compromised of master craftsmen and other talented individuals from across the sector, their main purpose is to create, repair, and ensure the structural integrity and functionality of vital infrastructure and other assets within the sewers, slums, and Shell Beach.

Besides creating and repairing vital infrastructure, the group uses its vast knowledge of crafting in many areas to produce various types of personalized equipment and tools.

Backstory
Amidst the ashes of the Seven Hour War, when the Combine's dominion over Earth was established, the once-thriving cities turned into desolate landscapes. This forced humanity to find refuge in places they once overlooked: the intricate maze of sewers, the shadows of the old slums, and the hidden stretches of Shell Beach.

As the new reality took hold, many talented individuals realized that survival required more than just hiding. It required fortifying their new homes against both the threats of decaying infrastructure and potential Combine intrusions. From this urgent need, the Industrial 24 Engineering Guild was born. Operating from the slums of the city, they aided in many projects overseeing the constant repair of neglected infrastructure to help support local citizens, slummers, and rebel cells.
