Discussion More audible ambience

When I'm playing the server there often seems to be a lack of audio enhancements that improve the ambience/situational roleplay around you. Outside of events/weather changing patterns, there seems to be a lack of things such as Overwatch announcements. I think it would improve the general ambiance of the city if these were played more often (A few scattered over the hour) and perhaps at some point coded to be automatic (although this is not the place for it) rather than someone constantly playing them. It's nice to have an audible reminder of the current status quo rather than it feeling like you're just walking around a rather dead city.

This also goes for player-driven audio enhancements with the CCA giving out more speeches and commentary to the citizenry below on the tele-screens as it feels as though this isn't done enough.

This is just my opinion I'd like to hear others' thoughts about this.

Imo I like it how it is. I find when I start hearing announcements by dispatch and stuff, that reminds me the server rn is pretty busy and stuff's going on. If I'm playing in the early hours especially, I much prefer the quiet.
Silence is an important thing to utilise as well. Absense of it would feel...strange.

Not necessarily restricting all the ambient sounds to being just dispatch. We live in an industrial district but the absence of any clanging of metal or the noisy works of general stuff you would hear in a warehouse/Industrial area irl are absent. Obviously, there should also be space for silence in the city as having all of these sounds at work is too much to handle. A couple spread out over a few hours, with some fine-tuning would make for an enjoyable experience in my opinion.
