Changes to housing

Does anyone actually even use their assigned housing?

I ask because it seems like all of the apartments are empty, and there's no RP happening in any of the housing blocks, all the while housing is unable to be purchased/rented from terminals.

I'm not sure if this is an oversight or intentionally done this way but I think there's missed opportunity here. No-knock inspections, housing block shakedowns, stuff like that. Regardless, I see a shitload of empty apartments with no one able to fill them up. I think a few people would appreciate a bit of light shed on the housing situation. That, and I wanna prop a room.

I believe there is still ALOT of housing that is claimed by tiers 1 through 3, but also since furniture is so god damn expensive, its just not economically viable right now for people to furnish the loyalist housing blocks. For example, sinking 200-300 credits into a FURNITURE package is just... No.

@Fallizs stole my fucking couch. At least the rest of my apartment is furnished, even if there's never anybody in it.
