Implemented no more short people!

Per GT decision, this has been implemented

you will inherently see the two ends of the spectrum far more often when you enforce arbitrary height limits. you will see the same amount of 5'2" dudes as you did 4'10" dudes once the height minimum is swapped to the former.

this wasn't an issue on servers where you just got to choose your height and playermodels didn't change to compensate. its a silly phenomenon where your average citizen is either extremely short or unusually tall

4'10 was incredibly short, you didn't need another tall player to compare one with this height to notice a difference. 5'2 however is hard to notice from a distance
