Rank Leader council

Counter argument to this is: It's just a game, the ones in charge have no obligation to actually be competent. While if we would replace them fully by cleaning the slate and implementing new leaders, would it impose risks for Atle that are far greater than holding the volunteers we currently have.
Losing my mind reading this

or you can just have competent people in charge
Posting things like that will literally get you exactly the opposite of what you’re aiming for. We all share the same frustrations my guy, trust me. But voicing them in that manner is the reason most complaints, recommendations, or criticisms get ignored.

How did we go from this:

To this amorphous mess that we have today from what I can tell? Rank leaders being harsh for no real reasons, everyone being edgy as shit, summary executions willy nilly with no real motive other than "I can and I want to" and what have you.

I implore you @Ozzekiel @ClapTrap bring this stuff back.

The Rank Leader Council was introduced in c24_v3 for the very reason of making CPs function coherently and bring tons of RP to the table. Nothing was really decided OOC, everything happened IC through the means of weekly meetings of all RL+ units to bring all involved up to speed, make major calls on matters/suggestions and so on.

We've been discussing your problems in-regards to Rank Leaders however since half of our faction is on LOA anyway and we just lost 2 Rank Leaders it'll take a little bit longer to formulate an actual game plan to improve roleplay as we need to focus on actual in-character situations that happen every day because of the arc. The main issues that concerns us at the moment is the lack of any actual documentation on how to deal with code black in a NARRATIVE setting, everything that is happening is by default what occurs during a standard code black [AJW] setting in which combine do everything to regain power including going to the harshest punishments. As mentioned by other players though there seems to be a lack of proper incentive of roleplay because of these standard procedures which we will aim to leviate and change altogether.
