Denied 'This Item Is Owned On Another Character'

Heya, just a generally suggestion to do the following:

Add an option for staff to disable all the stuff related to 'This Item Is Owned On Another Character' easily, on a per-character/person basis as a one-off kind of thing.

It exists for an understandably good reason, but it basically makes it impossible to touch any supplies after a PK if your grubby hands have been involved in a lot of other stuff, so there should be staff-approved one-off exceptions / the ability to easily sort it out.

You can always ask staff for help and have them respawn the shit for you if you have good enough reasoning to be able to get the things.

Problem is it takes a while, the sheer number of items, staff tend to be extremely busy, etc.

Yes, hence why they should be refunded. If it's a big list, try the refund requests.

Problem is, items travel between people, into things, undoubtably sold off to others, etc.

The system is doing what it's supposed to. It's to prevent abuse pertaining from people transferring items between characters.

Just make a help request and have an admin respawn the items.
