Why/how were you killed, and why should the PK be overturned: I've been going through some things negatively impacting my demeanor, like the beef I had with John Sacrimoni over the joke I made about his wife's 95 pound mole and my kid getting shot in the chest by an arrow while he was playing. Around the same time, a popular horse track we use was burned down by an electrical fire and Tony's prized horse, Pie-O-My, tragically died. But it was just an animal.

He came to my house and questioned me and I answered perfectly honestly. Either way, he attacked and strangled me to death. He got Christopher Moltisanti, played by @LoyleCapo, to chop my body up. It really looks like bad faith to me, like he had it out for me. There was no definitive proof that I burnt down the stables and even if I did, so what? It was an animal, a hundred grand a piece. My kid's in the hospital. I'm Tony's best earner, it doesn't make sense that he would kill me. I don't hear him complaining when I bring him a fat, nice envelope. He doesn't give a shit where that comes from.

I played Paulie here, so I'll make this short and sweet; I was too busy hangin' out with my goomar to really get to know Ralphie, but that thing he did toward Tracy? Way outta line if you ask me. He was a made man and I tried to warn Tone about what a fuck-up he was, but any gentleman woulda' done the same exact thing. Plus, if this were voided, I'd lose my famous painting of the boss dressed as George Washington with his prize horse! Where would that go?

If Ralphie's death were voided, it'd really shake up the dynamic of the family as we know it, it'd start to make me look like less of a big earner, and I gotta impress Tone, y'know? Capish? The main reason Tony decided to kill you was due to the fact you ended up killing that poor woman behind the Bing. You don't disrespect the Bing, and Ralphie knew this. I don't care if she was a whore, or that she hit you. It was unjustified.

Looking over the evidence and logs it seems that Tony never had any IC knowledge to accuse @RalphieBigMan, but due to the circumstances and the Fire Marshalls claim of it "almost being accidental" seems to have pushed Tony to question Ralphie.

Now, had Ralphie stayed quiet during the conversation between the two and during the S2RP fight I'd accept this PK, but due to your own words you signed your own death certificate before Tony even pushed you, making this completely on you.

Along with that, I believe everyone had their reasonings to do what they did here, so I wouldn't call any action to have been done in Bad Faith.

I'd like to say this is resolved, too much RP has happened from this and circumstances lead to making this valid.

On a last note, @Paulie_wall_nuts1872 please refrain from posting on PK appeals once you've given all of your evidence. Your behaviour is very inappropriate.
