Isn't one of the PK rules that you can't kill people based off of unsubstantiated assumptions? Just cause he went to help up a guy who had a gun doesn't mean he also has a gun and intends to use it, moreover, why would he not draw his own first and shoot instead of leaning down to help his friend? -

Suggestion to change PK rules.
My guy, people have tried. Trying to do any sort of espionage has the be staff-sanctioned, and it is incredibly tedious and difficult to do. You're saying this as though people haven't already done it or tried to do it. -
