    Yeah this seems to be vortigaunt related, all of us with the stat fuckery had vort chars. It's probably the shackles/collar doing something to them, but afaik normally they just halve your stats and not decrease them to zero. I haven't touched mine aside from sorting them around in my inventory...

    Yeah, if you look in the bugs report there are three threads now on stats being fucky, I have the exact same problem as you do where the stats reduce to 0 and refuse to raise back no matter how carefully you manage your hunger and thirst. The system is really bugged for some reason
