i try to give them one major mindset/trait (for example, survivalist, simple-minded or gullible) and attempt to make their interactions or sentences correlate towards those traits. and once i've established on how they would act, i simply let them be influenced by the world they find themselves...- pegwin

i feel like all of my characters become the same some way or another; i can try attempt to establish a different personality or story for all of them but in the end they'll just become too similar if not almost the same to one another. i have no idea how i could improve on this, i keep just...- pegwin
