Sure. Despite people being against it, the crafting or shift examples are particular since it's normal to have a lot of people around so the same message gets transmitted to everyone over and over. Your average slummer will not be looting with 50 other people... so this is not as bad as people...

Dispatch is a benevolent and smart artificial system that would know when to remotely or globally broadcast something. Seeing that our Dispatch players are more or less capable of doing the same.... Why not? Accepted.
