The shotgun wiped out all of my armor in one shot (RL armor full 75). But I think the second shot didn't actually do that much. IDK shotguns are weird.

I am ok with this personally. My only gripe is a lot of the current roster of free vorts got pulled out of thin air, and we've had cases of free vorts who got killed being given their vort back a week later as a free vort. If we're making vorts powerful, they have to stay dead when killed.

You can't buy toolkits, Atle, they are illegal to normal citizens...

A doped up civic populace is one that has no time to think of resistance; merely subservience so they can get their next hit. I approve.

Wow this forum is popular enough for bots now? Damn we are moving up in the world!

Vertix is bad take in gaming form but I agree with him. We've automated combat, which is something thats supposed to be one of the most roleplay intensive parts of HL2RP, because it was annoying to do S2RP / S2K. Yet we can't automate certain functions like picking up rations, picking up an...

Imagine, if you will, that you got something good in trash. You go to break it down and in the requirements you see: "Toolkit" To get the toolkit... you need to break down the item you just got to get the materials you need... to build a toolkit. This is the same issue we used to have with...

We are approaching the point of OTA whitelist being a event whitelist. I am not against it due to the current state of the server's Resistance, I just know some people will be very upset about this.

Kinda cringe. Purpose of the Council is Loyalist / Citizen events, and a way for people to ascend into loyalism. This just destroys the latter since your back to begging for T4 instead of trying to get it by joining council and rubbing elbows with other higher tier loyalists.

This is a vote between Casto and Froster. The battle between cult of personality vs beaurocratic supremacy. The rest of the candidates make me fall asleep.

OK well id rather that with heavy consequences by CP's for doing this than a boring 24/7 passive RP experience. We might as well fully replace rebels with admin rebels only if thats your take on things. (that dies faster than what we have right now as admins burn out)

The eternal free vort problem. Can't go up to surface cause of snitches / random sweeps, can't stay in sewers cause you get called a circle jerker even though thats the only way you can get roleplay. We really cannot blame vort players for the way they have formed when we, as staff, have given...

Ive always found it counterintuitive that we push a long, no roleplay approach like running around in sewers to Crouch + E in order to get the items you need to rebel, when no other faction has this issue; they are either outright given the tools they need to do their job for free, or they...

Stoves can already be stolen :troll:

As for this, I believe that Vorts are the only people who deserve a secret base right now, due to this fact. You literally cannot not be BOL as a Free Vortigaunt, so having a place to fall back to if you get reported is essential.

Because we do not make the server around the Resistance's stupidity. If you get BOL'd for a major crime it means you were: A) Dumb when doing resistance acts, such as doing it in plain sight with no mask, or told everyone around you your name when wearing / holding high tier contraband, etc...

Personally id tie this to the original owner of the lock, so that only the OWNER of the padlock can change the password. This prevents someone from knowing the password and then changing the password to something else, especially in Corpu's case.
