I'm still against this cause its these minor gameplay balance 'tweaks' that result in runoff problems down the road.

Only thing I have noticed as a 'negative' is that people aren't really stocking anything up whatsoever. All they really do is just run outside and use some far distant dispenser instead. Other than that, I like the idea, just seems like people either won't/can't embrace it in game.

I don't know much about 'development' but given the fact devs have mentioned multiple times there's basically zero or next to zero bodygroups left to spare, I'm going to imagine this is a doomed suggestion. Just from the technical aspects of it alone.
