I suggest you should increase trash loot like empty cups, bottles, jars etcs. instead of finding nothing and the rest can stay as it had been like before. It would be interesting if it levels your smuggling skill level as well.. so you get experience while looting. Maybe add more

It also decreases your skillpoints. You didn't die you just unload your character and returned to the main menu. It set back my position as well.

I know the bug I figured it out. If you go to the character screen via tab and unload your character and return to your main menu you will loose multiple levels. I lost several levels because of it.
