Preamble
In accordance with the Legislative Authority of the Legislative Assembly: To ensure the Party’s continued prosperity and cohesion within its ranks in the interest of protecting collaborator rights and benefits, it is thereby the prerogative of the state, the government, the collaborator body, and the Legislative Assembly of City Twenty-Four to dictate tangible and enactable Collaborator rewards and benefits, and to entice the aspirant citizenry to pursue membership within its body, the Party, and to ensure that the party’s continued uniformity and synchronization is maintained.



Purpose Statement
It is through this Legislative Body, wherein its constituents remain and deliberate on matters of civil law, that the proponent suggests the immediate implementation of this act and its following tenets in the interest of maintaining Party professionalism, division, and uniformity.

Legislative Proposal
1. Members of the Collaborator Party(T4+) and Legislative Assembly must maintain consistent haircuts & trimmings predetermined and regulated by the Legislative Assembly and its constituents excluding facial hair.​
• Businesses, Ministries, and Directorships may prohibit or regulate the facial hair or hair stylization of their employees.
• An official edict & personal memoir will be released clarifying to the Collaborator Party members which haircuts are tolerable and which are not.
• Unnatural hair dyes will be prohibited.
• Violators of this procedural provision may be levied anywhere from 25 credits to upwards of 50 credits at the discretion of a Civil Protection agent or operative of the Regulatory Committee / Legislative Assembly.

2. Several previously Collaborator-restricted clothing will become accessible to the public, wherein Collaborator clothing will reform into two categories of clothing: one accessible to the general citizenry (T1+), while the other restricted to Party members only(T4+).​
• Clothing items such as Orange Dawn and Salmon may become accessible to the Tier-One citizenry. At the same time, other items such as Red Haven and White Powder may be restricted to Tier-Four citizenry and above.
• A temporary committee board will be formed from members of the Legislative Assembly, responsible for deliberating and conclusively determining how Collaborator attire will be recategorized.​
3. Supporter Grade Collaborators and below will be subject to new policies concerning regulatory personal wardrobe and haircuts predetermined by the Legislative Assembly and its constituents
• Unnatural hair dyes will be prohibited.
• Official hairstyles will be implemented. Certain hairstyles will be regulated and restricted.
• Violators of this procedural provision may be levied anywhere from 25 credits to upwards of 50 credits at the discretion of a Civil Protection agent or operative of the Regulatory Committee / Legislative Assembly.​
